Our welcome dinner will feature a variety of appetizers and larger selections. There will also be an open bar with beer, wine, and liquor for your enjoyment.
Post-Welcome Dinner Drinks

After the conclusion of our welcome dinner at Osteria Via Stato, the celebration will continue with post-dinner drinks at the Ritz-Carlton Lobby Bar. The Ritz-Carlton Lobby Bar is a short walk away and is a cash bar.

Wedding Ceremony
4:30 pm - 5:00 pm

Black Tie Optional: Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses.
Transportation to Meyers Castle will be provided, with two 55-person shuttles scheduled to leave the Marriott at 3:00pm CST. The wedding ceremony is scheduled to take place outdoors. In the case of unpredictable weather, there is an indoor venue a short walk away which the ceremony will be moved to.
Reception
5:00 pm - 11:00 pm

The reception is scheduled to take place in the East Ballroom. Transportation will be provided back to the Marriott with two separate departure options. The earlier option will be a 32-person shuttle scheduled to depart Meyers Castle at 9:00pm CST. The later option will be two 55-person shuttles scheduled to depart Meyers Castle at 11:00pm CST.

Hosted by Doris Nissinoff, the Farewell Brunch will be held at Torali, which is located in the main lobby of the Ritz-Carlton next to the Lobby Bar.
