We kindly request formal / semi-formal attire. tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses. Guests are kindly encouraged to wear spring colors to complement the season and setting. We kindly ask that guests refrain from wearing shades of blue as the bridal party will be dressed in all shades. We also respectfully ask that guests refrain from wearing white, so as to honor the bride and groom on their special day. You are welcome to arrive as early as 2:00pm to the ceremony location to allow time for seating and to ensure the ceremony proceeds without interruption. The ceremony will begin at 2:30pm as doors will close promptly at the stated time. Guests arriving after that time will be kindly asked to wait until the ceremony concludes. We sincerely appreciate your understanding and encourage everyone to arrive early to ensure a smooth and heartfelt experience for all.
We invite all our guests to be fully present with us during the ceremony. We ask that you please participate in our unplugged ceremony with no pictures, videos, or Facebook lives as we have professional photographers and videographers to do the documenting for everyone. We thank you for your kind consideration.
We warmly welcome all to join us for the ceremony as we exchange our vows — your presence would mean so much. Due to space limitations, the reception following the ceremony is by invitation only. We are truly grateful for your understanding and support.
We kindly ask that only those listed on your invitation join us for the celebration. While we wish we could include everyone, our venue has limited capacity. We appreciate your understanding as we plan an intimate gathering with our closest loved ones.
The reception begins at 5:00pm. Guests who are invited are asked to arrive no earlier than 5:00pm as the venue will not be able to welcome anyone until the stated time. Please note that the reception is roughly a 45 minute drive from the ceremony space. We kindly ask that you account for this travel time so we may maximize our time of celebration together.
The ceremony will be held indoors at the church we lovingly attend. It is a place that holds deep meaning for us, and we are honored to share this sacred space with you as we exchange our vows. The reception will take place outdoors in a beautifully manicured grassy area. We encourage guests to consider appropriate footwear that follows the formal attire for the natural setting. We look forward to celebrating with you under the open sky.

If you’re unable to attend after submitting your RSVP—especially at the last minute—please notify the bride or groom as soon as possible. We understand that unexpected things can happen, but timely communication is important so we can make necessary adjustments with seating, catering, and planning. We kindly ask that you let us know right away out of respect for the time, effort, and costs involved.
