Ceremony & Reception

5:30 pm - 11:00 pm

Cocktail Attire: Fall colors encouraged! Wear cocktail dresses, maxi dresses, sports jackets, collared shirts, dress slacks.

Guests seating will begin at 5:30 PM. Enjoy a welcome champagne or glass of water while you wait. If you arrive earlier than 5:30 PM, feel free to grab a tasty margarita in the bar area. The ceremony will start promptly at 6:00 PM. Appetizers and cocktails served after the ceremony. We plan to go out after the celebrations in DTSP. Everyone is welcome to join. Parking Options (if not parking at your hotel): - McNulty/Rowdies Parking Garage – 3rd Ave S & 3rd St. S - Suntrust Parking Garage – 2nd Ave S & 3rd St. S - Street Parking – Anywhere there is a meter. Download the Park Mobile app, the zone that surrounds the venue is ZONE 2002. We have a room block at the Hilton Bayfront. Please see the travel tab. Unfortunately, as much as we’d love to invite all of our friends’ children, we are only able to extend our invitation to the children of immediate family. We hope that you will understand this decision and that you will still be able to join us on our special day.
