Wedding Party

Meet our family and friends who are walking down the aisle with us!!

Madison Moore

Maid of Honor

Madison and I became friends in high school through AP Psychology (thank you Mr.Scar) and have been inseparable ever since. She truly is my soul sister. While our shared obsession with Dr. Pepper might be the only obvious thing we have in common, I think that’s exactly what makes her the perfect best friend. Where I can be a little erratic, she’s the calming presence, and when she’s inevitably running late, I do my best to keep her on schedule. Together, we balance each other perfectly. Madison is the best person to have by my side as she always knows just what I need. She’s the kind of friend I can have an unforgettable night out with or just sit in comfortable silence with for hours. She's always been there for me to either laugh the night away or have a shoulder to cry on. I am so lucky to be able to call her my maid-of-honor, sister from another mister, and best friend!

Nick Stephens

Co-Best Man

I met Nick in second grade, and ever since then we’ve been practically joined at the hip. Some of my fondest memories are of the summers we spent practically every day together, we’d pack a bag for 'one night,' knowing full well we’d be together for much longer. The only time we ever spent apart was after we would bicker from being around each other too much, but a few days later we would be back at it like nothing happened. Even when I moved away for college, our friendship never wavered. No matter how much time passes, we can always pick up exactly where we left off, and that’s such a rare and special kind of bond. I’m forever grateful for Nick, not sure where I’d be without him, and I’m so thankful he’ll be standing by my side on our wedding day."

Morgan Lynn

Bridesmaid

Morgan and I met in early middle school, but did not become besties until high school. Morgan and I loved going to Chick-fil-A EVERY DAY after high school, going to rodeos, game nights, and traveling all around Texas. She is always ready for the next adventure and gives great advice (like the best banks around town lol). Although I rudely moved away from our hometown years ago, every time I see Morgan, whether its 2 days or 2 months apart, we pick up right where we left off without missing a beat. We've been through every stage of life together, from the awkward phases to the glow-ups and everything in between, and I couldn’t imagine celebrating my marriage without her by my side. Love you, mean it!

Seth Macintyre

Co-Best Man

Seth and I have been friends since third grade at Hubenak Elementary. Back then, we’d spend hours building blanket forts under the pool table and playing video games inside them all day. We became even closer once I went to college, he may have stayed in Richmond for school, but since he was at my place nearly every weekend, it felt like we were living together. Seth never really knew what the plans were, but he always showed up ready for a good time. Anyone who knows us will tell you we fight like an old married couple, and it’s true, but that’s only because we’re so alike, and our friendship is strong enough to handle anything. I’m so grateful to have Seth by my side and standing with me on such a special day.

Kenzie Buck

Bridesmaid

I got the pleasure of getting to know Kenzie through my maid-of-honor Madison, as fun fact - they are cousins and she is now my bonus-cousin! Kenzie is one of the sweetest, loving, and most thoughtful people I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. I know that being around Kenzie will always make me feel good and she will make sure everyone is going to have a good time. While Kenzie may be younger than me, I do look up to her as she is the best friend, wife, and momma. I am so thankful to not only have her in my life but by my side for my big day!

Jacob Johnson

Groomsman

Jacob is one of my dearest friends, and we met during our very first week of college when we discovered we were neighbors in the apartment complex. Within days we were hanging out with our roommates, tossing a football, and playing video games, and our friendship took off from there. Even though we haven’t known each other as long as some of my other friends, the bond we built in college was instant and strong. When Jacob moved back home after graduation, I worried we might drift apart, but the opposite happened, we’ve only grown closer. He’s truly one of my closest friends, and I’m so grateful to have him standing beside me and Amber on our special day.

Peyton Button

Bridesperson

Peyton is my oldest cousin, and I’ve been lovingly tormenting them since they were just two years old. When we were younger, I wanted to be just like Peyton and do everything they did, and to this day, I still look up to them. Growing up, we were always finding ways to have fun, whether it was wild pillow fights, endless games, or hiking through our Geeya’s pasture on some made-up adventure. Peyton is fiercely loyal and will always have the backs of the ones they love. Peyton has always looked out for my best interests and been the best cousin anyone could ask for.

Haely Johnson

Groomswoman

Yes, Jacob and Haely are married—and lucky for me, because Haely has also become one of my closest friends. We met during the first week of college, and the very first time we hung out, she offered me food that I turned down. To this day, she’ll still joke that I thought she was trying to poison me. From the moment we met, I knew she would be an incredible friend, and she’s proven to be even more amazing as a person. Haely can take a joke better than almost anyone I know, which is probably why our friendship has lasted this long! I’m so grateful to have her in my life and so excited to have her standing by my side with Amber and me on our wedding day.

Carley Button

Bridesmaid

Carley is one of my baby cousins. She’s one of the sweetest and most generous people you’ll ever meet, but don’t let her seemingly innocent nature fool you. She has an annoyingly consistent habit of being amazing at everything she does. Whether it’s board games, golf, card games, or anything competitive, she somehow always wins! She’s truly one of those people who’s just a joy to be around, and I hope everyone gets the chance to experience family like her. I'm so lucky to have my beautiful, sweet, and ridiculously talented cousin by my side for this amazing day!

Justin Redding

Groomsman

I first met Justin in college through Philip, since they were already good friends. At the beginning, he was a little quiet—probably because the rest of us were so loud and he was still the new guy. But it didn’t take long before he opened up, started hanging out with us more, and quickly became an essential part of our group. Justin and I grew so close that we ended up living together for about two years. During that time, we spent countless nights watching football, making fires in the backyard, and playing video games. I’m grateful we made the decision to live together because it strengthened our friendship in ways I’ll always value. I couldn’t be happier to have him standing by my side on Amber’s and my wedding day.

Katie Tyra

Bridesmaid

Katie and I were from the same town growing up, but did not become friends until college when we lived together for 4 years (Whoop part two!). In college, Katie was always there when I needed her, whether that was having wine nights at home, going to get monthly margs from Chili's, or making Hello Fresh meals together. I’m so grateful not just to have lived with Katie, but to have grown close to her, because I know my college experience wouldn’t have been nearly as amazing without her. We’ve shared so many of life’s big milestones together, and I feel so lucky to have her by my side for this one too!

Philip Haas

Groomsman

Philip and I first met in high school, but it was in college that we really became close. We lived together during our freshman and sophomore years, and during that time we were rarely apart except for class or work. Most of our free time was spent playing video games, tossing a football around outside, or heading out to his ranch about 45 minutes from our apartment to fish and hang out. I’ll always be grateful for those years—we built an incredible friendship that has only grown stronger since. I’m truly thankful to have him standing by my side as part of my wedding party.

Haley Deel

Bridesmaid

Haley is one of my oldest friends, I met her soon after moving to Pearland! I also lived with Haley for 3 years in college at Texas A&M (Whoop!). Haley is an incredible friend and the best person to share a good laugh with (and just so you know, she really does think what you said was funny. That’s not sarcasm, that’s just her laugh!) Haley is one of the best people to have around if you wanna have a good time as she will not let you leave the night without KILLING it on the dance floor. So if you lose her at the wedding, now you know where to find her!

John Scalapino

Groomsman

John and I first met back in 2019, around the time Amber and I started dating. We clicked right away—he’s one of the most easygoing guys I know and incredibly easy to get along with. Our friendship really grew in college when John lived with me for about six months while his house was being built. Between classes, we’d spend hours playing video games or just hanging out, and that time together laid the foundation for the friendship we have today. I still joke with him about “kicking me out” of my own room at night, but honestly, I’m grateful for those days. The time we spent together then is what made our bond as strong as it is now.

Emily Goss

Bridesmaid

Emily is my soon-to-be sister-in-law!! As the only girl of three kids, I’m beyond excited to finally have the little sister I always wished for (sorry, brothers—I still love you guys!). Over the past seven years of Jacob and I dating, Emily and I have bonded over our shared love of Cold Stone (or really any sweet treat) and, of course, the joy of teaming up to get on Jacob’s nerves whenever possible lol. Emily is such a kind and amazing person, she is continuously taking care of the ones she loves and has always welcomed me into the family with open arms.

Matthew Scalapino

Groomsman

I met Matthew when he was just 13, right around the time Amber and I first started dating, and it’s been such a joy to watch him grow up over the years. One of my favorite memories with him is from a cruise we went on, where we spent an entire day snorkeling and exploring marine life together. Matthew and I share a special bond—because to me, he’s not just my future brother-in-law, he already feels like the little brother I never had. I’m so excited to officially call him family, even though in my heart, he’s been that to me for a long time.

Ariana DeMattei

Bridesmaid

Ariana and I met in PA school. Starting PA school hundreds of miles from home was nerve-racking, but Ariana was one of the very first people to make me feel welcome. She never meets a stranger, her warm presence and constant smile make everyone feel at ease. Ariana and I became quite close very quickly and decided to move in together after only a few months in PA school as neither one of us could stand to live alone. I know without a doubt that I could not have survived PA school without her and now I don't know how I am going to live hundreds of miles away from her. She’s been by my side through the hardest moments of my life, and now I can’t imagine this day, the best moment of my life, without her there too.

Ryan Loehr

Groomsman

Ryan and I first met in high school playing football—we even played the same position, so we had plenty of time on the field together. Our friendship really took off in college when we became part of the same friend group. Since Ryan’s major was similar to mine, we teamed up for our senior project. Even though that project turned out to be a complete disaster from start to finish, the time we spent working through it together brought us even closer. Ryan has been a great friend from the very beginning, and I’m grateful to have him standing by my side on Amber’s and my wedding day.

Ashlie Kay

Bridesmaid

Ashlie and I also met through PA school, and we’re so alike it’s almost uncanny, we often joke that we’re the same person. She’s hosted countless what we call 'movie girl sleepover nights' that were supposed to be study sessions but always turned into evenings of nonstop chatter, movies, pizza, margs, and sweet treats. Honestly, those nights were essential for surviving PA school, and I can’t imagine "adulting" life without them. Ashlie is an inspiring friend and the one I turn to for advice and perspective, as she is the one who grounds me when I start to spiral. On top of all that, she’s one of the best hype women around, so of course, she is a necessary part of my big day.

Gabe Restrepo

Groomsman

Gabe is one of my oldest and closest friends—we’ve known each other for a long time. Growing up, we’d spend weekends at my grandma’s beach house with Nick, doing everything from fishing and tubing to playing video games or staying up late watching scary movies. Those are some of the best memories of my childhood, and ones I’ll always hold onto. Later in college at A&M, Gabe and I continued to make memories together, and our friendship only grew stronger. I’m truly grateful to have such an amazing friend in my life, and I couldn’t be happier to have him standing by my side on Amber’s and my wedding day.

Sawyer Archie

Flower Girl

Sawyer Grace is the daughter of our beloved family friends Lynsie and Roland (or as I know him, Bubba), therefore, I have known her since she was born. I have babysat Sawyer countless times throughout her childhood and have enjoyed every minute of watching her grow up (except for the actual growing part lol). Sawyer is the sweetest little girl, and I’ve adored her since the very first time I held her as a newborn, so of course she’s the perfect choice to sprinkle a little extra sweetness and magic down the aisle as my flower girl!

Gage Johnson

Ring Bearer

Gage Johnson is the son of my groomsman Jacob Johnson, and my GroomsWoman Haely Johnson. Although he is still very young, I’m excited to watch him grow up. With him being so young, he still doesn’t seem to know how he feels about me yet haha. I can’t think of anyone better to be our ring bearer.
