Hotel Accommodations
The rooms we had reserved at Fairfield Inn & Suites has currently been filled. On April 25th, we will find out whether more rooms will be made available to us. For now, we have reserved a block of rooms at the Hampton Inn in Shelby, NC. We were only given 10 rooms in our reservation block. Once those 10 rooms have been filled, they will open up more rooms under our name.
The rooms will be available from Friday May 24th, 2024 to Sunday May 26th, 2024. The last day to reserve a room will be Wednesday May 1st, 2024.
The hotel has informed us that cancelations are possible up to 24 hours prior to the check-in date. So please book a room if you think you might be able to make it, and then you can cancel if your plans change.
