We're Getting Married!

Allyssa and Jake may have attended high school minutes away from each other, and spent years working only a block away from one another, but it was a serendipitous swipe right on the app, Tinder, which brought these two into each others' lives. After chatting online for a few days and discovering they had so much in common, Allyssa asked Jake to call her. What resulted was a three hour phone conversation full of laughs which set up their first date. Cut to that Friday night, where a finely dressed Jacob sat in a downtown Manhattan bar. He checked his watch to make sure his mind wasn't playing tricks on him. Allyssa was nowhere to be found, and already thirty minutes late. Over in Brooklyn, a nervous Allyssa threw back her third tequila shot and ran out the door. As the waitress checked in on Jake for the third time, he ordered one last drink before giving up. "I wonder if I've been stood up?" he pondered. Just then he heard a voice and looked up. He was ecstatic to realize Allyssa had finally arrived and she was just as beautiful in person as her pictures online. Jake made room for her to sit down, and motioned for the waitress. After Allyssa's beer came, she took a few sips and then exclaimed, "If you don't order me some food I'm gonna be sick!". After an order of chicken finger and fries, Allyssa asked if it would be weird to go across town to her cousin Sarah's birthday party. Jake accepted, "lets go!" and they haven't stopped since.
