Best Man
As my older brother, I've known him my entire life. We may live in separate cities now but we still manage to play online games together on a regular basis. We are almost total opposites when it comes to our personalities.
Matron of Honor
Casey and I are cousins but only eight months apart in age — being an only child, she’s always felt more like a sister than a cousin. We grew up side by side, sharing countless childhood memories, sleepovers, and life milestones together. I had the honor of standing by her side when she got married (even though she didn’t have a wedding party) and have loved watching her grow into the incredible woman and mom she is today. She was the first to make me an auntie, and now her sweet little one will be one of our ring bearers. Casey has been part of every chapter of my life, and I’m so grateful to have her by my side for this one, too.
Groomsman
I met Andrew around 2013 at church. He became a close friend of mine through our passion of firearms and cars. We have spent countless hours together (with many more to come) in the shop building our dreams from the bottom up.
Maid of Honor
Funny enough, Kayla and I dated best friends back in high school and our early adult years. When those relationships ended, we lost touch for a while — until one day we realized we were living in the same apartment complex! We reconnected like no time had passed, and I’m so thankful we didn’t give up on our friendship years ago. Since then, she’s been there for so many of life’s big moments — from buying our houses to helping with wedding planning and being there the day I found my dress. I truly couldn’t have made it this far without her love, laughter, and constant support.
Groomsman
The man! I met Eric in 2018 as one of the new hires for Decatur Police Department. Decatur was his 3rd department but my first. We shared many exciting and rough times together at DPD as zone partners. Those experiences made us brothers.
Bridesmaid
I met Joy in 2020 while working with Center Point Fire Department. I was in nursing school, and she was debating starting herself. Neither of us remember exactly how it started, but one day we began talking — and never stopped (literally). Over the years, I’ve watched her finish school, cheered her on as she graduated, and now we see each other nearly every day at the gym. She’s one of the most loyal, genuine people I know, and I’m so thankful that one random conversation turned into a lifelong friendship.
Groomsman
I've known Hunter almost all of my life. We grew up at the same church but different schools. However, that did not stop us from doing things outside of school/church. We both share the passion for deer hunting and have gone on several bow/rifle hunting trips together over the years.
Bridesmaid
Hannah and I met in chemistry during the summer of 2018 — and wow, that class was tough! We started studying together and quickly bonded over late-night study sessions and plans to start nursing school at the same time. We knew then we’d be friends, because that’s a battle no one should face alone. We grew even closer throughout nursing school, and even though she now lives in Mobile, we’ve made life and friendship work — from graduating together, to yearly beach trips, to being in each other’s weddings. I was there just weeks after her sweet daughter Charlie was born, and as fate would have it, that same weekend Jacob proposed — and Hannah helped plan that special moment. She has been a huge source of love and encouragement through both the best and hardest times of my life. I’m endlessly grateful for her and her sweet family — Auntie status upgrade number two!
Groomsman
Kyle and I became acquainted through a mutual friend Triston at Jacksonville State University. He had a built nitrous 6.0 swapped into his truck that hit a lick. We rented a house in 2017 during college with Triston and have worked on cars and raced together ever since.
Bridesmaid
I met Caroline at Troy — we’re pretty sure it was on the first day of our Rock and Roll class — and something just clicked. I used to watch her go dance in college, and her fun, contagious energy quickly made her one of my favorite people. Over the years, she’s been there through late-night talks, endless laughs, some of my hardest moments, and even my first real heartbreak. She always told me my person would come, and she loved me through all of it. I was also the very first person to meet her husband, Keaton, and later had the honor of standing by her side at their wedding. Her sweet baby Ellie made me Auntie status number three, and now having Caroline by my side for my big day means the world.
Ring Bearer
Ward is one of our ring bearers and the very first great-grandson in our family. He’s the oldest of three boys and is all boy himself — full of energy, sweetness, and a big love for baseball. He’s technically the same relation to me as McKenzie (just with a different mama!), but in our close family he simply feels like one of “my” boys too. He’ll be nine on our wedding day, leading the way with his little sidekick Hagan right behind him. We already know he’s going to bring a big smile, lots of personality, and such a sweet moment down the aisle.
Flower Girl
McKenzie is my flower girl and one of our family’s biggest blessings. She’s technically my mom’s brother’s daughter’s daughter, but we’re such a close family that she just feels like mine. She’ll be 10 on our wedding day and is the perfect mix of girly and tomboy — just like me. As the oldest of three and our first great-grandbaby, she’s been adored since day one. We can’t wait to see her walk down the aisle!
Ring Bearer
Meet Hagan, our littlest ring bearer and the one who first made me “Auntie.” He was born just one day before my birthday, and he’s been stealing hearts ever since!
