Where are the ceremony and reception taking place?

Answer

The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will be on-site at The Barn at Willow Spring.

What if I don't RSVP in time?

Answer

We will miss celebrating with you! We need to provide our venue with exact numbers by certain date, so please don't RSVP late!

Will the ceremony be outdoors?

Answer

Yes (fingers crossed)! Please note- the weather at the end of September is unpredictable. We recommend you dress accordingly.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. Thank you for understanding!

What is the dress code?

Answer

We'd love to see our family and friends dressed up for our big day. We are requesting cocktail attire - khakis with a dress shirt and knee-length to maxi dress or pants set, no blue jeans or hats. We ask everyone to avoid colors traditionally reserved for the bride - white, ivories, and creams.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the ceremony start time to find parking and your seat.

Are kids invited?

Answer

We love your little ones! However, due to limited space, we ask that you use this evening away as a date night.

Can I take photos and videos during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that phones are put away during the ceremony portion. We have hired an amazing photographer and they will be there to capture all of the ceremony! Feel free to take as many photos/videos once the ceremony is finished!

Is there a designated area that allows smoking?

Answer

There is absolutely no smoking on the premises!
