FAQs

Question

What should I wear?

Answer

The dress code is cocktail attire. Men should wear a suit or sports jacket and dress shirt. Women should wear a cocktail dress, pantsuit, or dressy separates.

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

If it was not indicated on your invitation, please do not bring a plus one. Being students, we have a limited budget and have chosen to celebrate with our closest family and friends. We apologize for any inconvenience. If you have questions regarding this matter, please reach out to us.

Question

If I stay at the Woodmark Hotel, can I get a discount?

Answer

Yes! Use the code "SOCIAL" when booking online.

Question

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes. You may self-park in the lot next to the hotel with no fee after 9 PM. Valet Service is also available for $12 per vehicle.

Question

Are kids invited?

Answer

We are limiting kids to family members only, so if it was not indicated on your invitation, please do not bring your kids. We love your kiddos but also want you to have a fun night off. We apologize for any inconvenience, and if you have any questions, please reach out to us.

Question

What about COVID-19?

Answer

As members of the medical community, we are determined to make our guests' health and safety a top priority as well as do our part to limit the spread of SARS-CoV-2. In order to do so, we are requiring full vaccination (including booster) or a negative SARS-CoV-2 antigen test on the day of the wedding. Please bring proof of either to the venue with you as there will be someone checking at the door. We hope that you love and respect us enough to comply. Thank you.

Question

Do I have to wear a mask?

Answer

The Woodmark Hotel follows current Washington state masking requirements.
