We met when his friend and my brother's friend started a dungeon and dragons campaign that I was invited to join. We didn't talk much for the first few months but we sat next to each other and had some really funny character interactions. Especially when I chose to play an alcoholic character and his character would carry mine around when she was too drunk to walk.

We started talking and got to know each other better after my 16th birthday when I had an ear infection but didn't want to miss D&D. After we played we would go to Denny's. We were playing some of the games on the kids menu and just talking while the others made fun of us. After we ate I didn't feel well and Ryan didn't want to take me home, he wanted to go watch anime with his friends so Jacob drove me home and the next day texted me to see how I was feeling. we talked almost every day after that.

On Valentine's Day, we played D&D as a group because everyone was single at the time. I had brought Martinelli's for everyone to share as we played. Jacob tried to open it with a can opener on his multi-tool and it started to spray everywhere on us, our phones, and the table in front of us. After we cleaned everything up he texted me a dirty joke so I shoved him out of the chair. I didn't really mean to but it was funny. The group just saw me shove him out the chair for no reason and that was really hard to explain.
