How are you having a wedding with COVID?

Answer

First off, please wear a mask inside the hotel at all times. Once in the tent or outside, you may remove it if you wish. We are having our ceremony outside, with chairs spaced out more than usual. The cocktail hour will also be an outdoor event. For the reception, we are having less than 100 people in a tent that typically holds 300 people. Seriously, it’s HUGE. Tables will be spaced out 6 feet apart. We are doing our best to keep only 8 people at tables that normally fit 10-12 people. Tables will also be grouped by people who normally see each other. Random guest will not be mixed. You may also go outside on the terrace anytime after dinner to get some fresh air and social distance.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We ask you RSVP by September 3, 2020 at the very latest. However, as soon as you know if you can join us on our wedding day, please RSVP.

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

We are registered at Target. However, since we are living together already, we have many household items already. We are planning to buy a house by the end of the year. We have a newly wed fund to help us make this house a home.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please do not arrive sooner than 3:45 pm as the bridal party will be taking pictures around the hotel property.

Can I take pictures at the ceremony?

Answer

We ask that you silence or turn off your phone for our wedding ceremony. We will have photographers and a videographer capturing the whole thing and we will be happy to share the results with you! We do not want cell phones ringing or guests holding up phones for a picture and ruining our professional's shot!

Will you be streaming the wedding?

Answer

We will! For those who cannot make it for COVID related or another personal reason, we will be doing a facebook live of the ceremony. Then later for speeches, first dance, and parent/child dances.
