Is there parking at the Venue?

Answer

Yes, there is plenty of space to park at the venue.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Please arrive by 4pm (Ceremony to start around 4:30) to give enough time to park, find your seat, and enjoy a drink!

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by October 1st via your RSVP card included with the invitation.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Please look at the "Travel" tab on this website to see our hotel recommendation. If you would like to stay somewhere different, there is the Colgate Inn and the Wendt Inn, both in Hamilton, NY (about 20 minutes from the venue) Please be advised that we will only be having a shuttle to and from the Hampton Inn in New Hartford on the day of the wedding.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

We have a shuttle bus from the Hampton Inn that will depart at 3:45 pm to bring you over to the Venue. It will be making two trips back- one around 9 pm for those that want to turn in early, and one at 11 pm for those of you that want to stay until the end.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes, please let either Jake or Jenna know, and make sure to include that on your RSVP.
