Casual attire! No need to dress up for the rehearsal.
Doors will be open from 3:00-7:30pm. Catering is expected to arrive around 3:30pm for the rehearsal dinner. During this time, I will be working on setting up for Saturday. Rehearsal itself will begin at 6:30pm.
10:00 am
Doors will open at 10am. For guests, you do not need to be on site until a bit before the ceremony, so long as everyone is seated and ready by 2:30pm. Party members and immediate family, we would ask that you arrive by noon to get ready. Just communicate any needs for accommodation with me. I'm happy to assist where I can beforehand while I am still available.
2:30 pm - 3:00 pm
Attire is formal, but not black-tie. Our theme is Beauty and the Beast, and our colors are burgundy, navy blue, cream white, and gold. You don't have to match this. I just figure it may help guide people who are struggling to pick out their dress attire.
Music will begin before 2:30, as we have prelude music to entertain our guests. Worry not, the ceremony will not begin before 2:30. If weather permits, we will hold the ceremony in the front lawn. If not, we will have indoor arrangements made. I will update this if that happens.
3:00 pm - 7:00 pm
Cocktail hour will begin once the ceremony ends and will continue until 4:00pm in the gazebo. Again, should weather affect this, I will update this page with the indoor arrangements. The reception will begin at 4:00pm in the Carriage House on the grounds. Below is the itinerary for the reception. Of course, this will be flexible as needed. We're here to celebrate, not run a production line! 4:00pm - Grand entrances 4:10pm - Officiant welcome and prayer 4:15pm - Dinner begins! 4:45pm - Toasts and speeches 5:05pm - First dance, bride/father dance, groom/mother dance 5:20pm - Cake cutting (games will begin shortly after, but cake will still be available!) 5:30pm - Shoe game 5:45pm - Wedding party scavenger hunt 6:00pm - Dance floor opens 6:20pm - Anniversary dance 6:30pm - Dollar dance 6:40pm - Bouquet toss 6:50pm - Last dance 7:00pm - Send-off/Exit We look forward to celebrating with you!
