Is there a dress code?

Answer

YES! The theme for the Wedding is Garden Florals. We ask that you come in elegant florals to assist in our theme for our special day. Garden florals are semi formal floral dresses for ladies, and semi formal floral shirt, tie, or bowtie for men.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If your invitation had a Plus one, you are allowed to bring one date. If it did not, we kindly ask that you you bring only yourself, as this is an intimate event where we would like to see only our closest loved ones attend.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We kindly ask that you RSVP by May 11th so that we can get an accurate head count of how many people we will be providing food for.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The Ceremony will start promptly at 4:00pm. We request that you arrive at least 30 min prior to find your seat and be ready when the ceremony starts.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Kids are welcome! We only ask that you be respectful of other guests, and if your children are making it difficult for our guests to hear or see, we kindly ask that you move them to a quieter area.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

There are many great hotels located close to the Venue. One option is the Cheyenne mountain resort, as well as the antlers hotel.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

In your RSVP on the website, please state any allergies you might have so that we can accommodate you.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is parking for both, however, on the day of, please follow the directions of our ushers as there is limited parking in certain areas.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

We will not be providing transportation from your hotel to the venue, however, there are multiple driving services available in our area, such as Uber and Lyft

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

If you are a part of the wedding party, you will have been sent information on the Rehearsal dinner. If not, this is the only event surrounding the wedding.
