Can I bring my kids?

How should we get to the Berkeley City Club?

Should I leave extra time for traffic?

So glad you asked. Yes, traffic over the Bay Bridge is worse than the internet and our apps all realize. We recommend adding 30 minutes to the amount of time Google/Waze/Uber etc. estimates your trip will be.

What should we wear?

Answer

The main event itself is semi-formal to cocktail attire: cocktail dresses, LBDs, dressy jumpsuits, and dark jackets and slacks; ties optional. Sunday morning farewell brunch is casual. Feel free to come in your travel duds if you're hitting the road Sunday morning. Can I take pictures and/or post photos of your wedding on social media?

Answer

We ask that you do not take any pictures during the ceremony to avoid interference with the professional photography/videography. But feel free to click and post away before and after the ceremony. This is an especially good looking group!

Have you reserved hotel room blocks?

Answer

Yes, please see the travel section of this website for more information about room blocks. The blocks have been reserved for Thursday, Thursday March 12 through Saturday, March 14, but each hotel has agreed to extend their respective rates for additional dates (capacity permitting) for guests that would like to stay in the area longer. Please feel free to reach out to the hotel directly if you are interested in extending your stay. Please call the front desk to arrange your stay and mention Lew-Constas wedding for a discounted rate. Ask for Mary, Adriana, or Landon; OR e-mail reservations@berkeleycityclub.com. Reservations must be received on or before January 12, 2020.
