We met online during the peak of the pandemic. Our first date was virtual drinks, which continued after the date was over via more messaging about old Tim Conway skits. We decided to meet in person for our second date at Seasons 52 in Schaumburg, for an early bird special at 4:30. Luckily dinner went well enough that the evening allowed time for a walk at a local park. We spent the rest of our date getting rained on leaving Jaclynn with a blanket from Andrew's car which I'd have to return some day.

Andrew brought me back to the park from our first in-person date under the guise of dinner with my best friend and her husband. He surprised me with a family ring and tall boys to celebrate. The surprises didn't end there. Andrew then informed me that we would not only be getting dinner with my friend but with my parents also. This set me up for the second surprise of the night. Andrew, along with my family and friends planned a surprise engagement party at Jameson's. It was a beautiful night which made beautiful memories.
