Ebbie is the older sister-of-the-bride! Ebbie will tell everyone that she has dreamed of the day when she could be Jaclyn’s Matron of Honor, and the day has finally arrived for her to have her big moment! Ebbie and Jaclyn are only 18 months apart in age and have been through everything together; Jaclyn couldn’t imagine having anyone else to stand nearest her on her big day. Sisters by chance, best friends by choice rings so true for these two. Ebbie is someone who is determined, passionate, and loyal, and Jaclyn has always been thankful to have her to look up to in life. She is beauty and she is grace. Elizabeth and her husband Landon recently gifted the bride and groom the best gift in the world on September 18th, 2024, Waylon Chase, making them Auntie Jac and Uncle Walkie!!! Make sure to get Mama to bust some moves on the dance floor; she likes to break it down!
Meghan Painter

Meggie is the bride’s baby sister and ride-or-die! Although 5 years difference in age, Meg and Jaclyn have always been the best of friends. Meghan finds fun in eveything that she does, and is always there to support those she loves; she truly has been the biggest blessing to her sisters. Jaclyn couldn’t imagine her wedding day without Meghan being there with her, as well as keeping her calm throughout the planning and the day of. Be sure to hype Meg up on the dance floor; that is where you will be able to find her!
Lindsay Thayer

Lindsay and the bride became best friends in 2022, and have been inseparable since. Lindsay is like Jaclyn’s “other half” in girl code; they don’t go long without seeing each other, and at least check in with one another once daily despite their crazy lives! Jaclyn has the honor of being Lindsay’s Maid of Honor in June in her dream wedding too so it just makes sense they get married the same year. Lindsay is a queen, an icon, and a God Fearing Woman who Jaclyn will forever feel so lucky and blessed to know. Both the Bride and Groom are thankful for the friendship they have in their Lou! Lindsay is the LIFE of the party. If you see her on the dance floor, JOIN IN!!!! She’s just living her best life! Every girl deserves a best friend like Lindsay and Jaclyn feels truly honored to have someone like Lindsay to be her Matron of Honor!

Lindsey and the bride have been besties since middle school, and the rest is history. Linds and Jaclyn have gone through all of life’s transitions together, and this era has been the most fun yet! Lindsey is the most kind hearted and genuine friend, as her beauty shines as much outward as it does inward. Linds is always the first person there, and would give the shirt off of her back to help you. Jaclyn had the honor of being in Lindsey’s wedding November 2024, and now, Jaclyn could not imagine getting married without having Lindsey up there beside her, as well as getting her through the day-of calmly, patiently, and with organization (praise)!!! Both Walker and Jaclyn are thankful for the friendship they have with Linds, as they know it will be a forever friendship! Be sure to say hello to Lindsey when you see her! She’s truly the best and is so loved!!!!!!

Haley and the bride became besties in high-school during chorus, and music (and their weird sense of humor) has kept them best friends since! Haley and Jaclyn have gone through everything together, from singing in college, to concerts, to breakups, to finding our soulmates and both getting married this year! Haley is basically another “Painter Sister” as she is truly a sister to us all. To know Haley, is to know laughter, joy, and true friendship. Haley is always the life of the party, and lights up any room when she walks into it! Jaclyn truly feels honored to have Haley in her life, as the wedding day would not be the same without her- especially having her up there beside her to make sure the makeup is just right. Be sure to get to know Haley while you’re on the dance floor and talk to her in all the weird dog voices (iykyk)
Abigail Bowen

Abi and the bride have known each-other since 8th grade and high school, but became inseparable in 2021. Abi is the friend who teaches Jaclyn to not take life so seriously; to slow down and enjoy all the beautiful things around us without worry of tomorrow. Abi truly is a fire cracker and lives with such a free spirit, which makes her inward beauty match her outward appearance. Jaclyn is honored to have a friend like Abi in her life- faithful and honest. The wedding day would not be the same without Abi there, so be sure to look for her and her husband, Matt, in the bridal party, as we KNOW they will be dancing and being rowdy on the dance floor to celebrate with us!
Mackenzie Miller

Sweet Kenzie girl started dating one of the groom’s best friends in 2023, and the girlies have been attached at the hip since! As we all know, Carson and Walker are together all the time, so Jaclyn got the pleasure of getting to know Kenzie this way! Kenzie is sunshine in human form; the kindest and most giving person. Jaclyn is so blessed Kenzie came into her life, as she knows they will forever be friends, and the wedding day would not be complete without her there! Kenzie is so calm and collected while Jaclyn may be spiraling over last minute details so they make the perfect team. Everyone be sure to introduce themselves to Kenzie- you will not be disappointed that you got to know her!!! She may be cutie and calm, but you can find her on the dance floor with the others!!!
Russell England
Best Man
The groom met Russell at the ripe age of 15, when his mom would drive him to play Airsoft. They quickly bonded over all of their shared nerdy interests and that grew (and became more expensive) over time into a love of overlanding and the outdoors. Jaclyn is thankful for bromance these two share, as they have more in common than not. They have taken more unforgettable backpacking and camping trips than they both can count while they traveled to the opposite side of the country together last summer. Russell has over time become a true friend and there’s not a day that goes by that Walker doesn’t get a “what’s up nerd” from the inside of a police cruiser. Be sure to get to know the Best Man on wedding day!! He can tell you anything there is to know about the perfect coffee- trust that.
Carson Walls

The Groom has known Carson since their first day of Kindergarten at Boones Creek Elementary School. They would spend days at a time together until graduation from Daniel Boone High School, yet went their separate ways after graduation. Walker recalls a random day while he was working at Mahoneys hearing a “well, hell fire son, didn’t know you worked here.” His voice was a little deeper and he was (unfortunately) 2 feet taller, but since then he’s been at Walker’s house atleast 3 times a week with Coors light in hand. Jaclyn will forever joke that Carson and Walker are the two that are actually in love, and that she gets in the way of them sometimes. Carson is truly a forever friend that Walker and Jaclyn are thankful to have in their lives, as well as in their wedding! Carson only likes old, classic country and Morgan Wallen so be sure to make him uncomfortable when Waka Flocka comes on the dance floor!!!
Brantin Perkins

When Walker first met Brantin, Brantin was some “random guy” that was new to the area. While Walker was working at Mahoney’s, the two got to talking about overly expensive guns, competitions and night vision, and exchanged instagrams. Like most random encounters, Walker remembers not thinking it would go anywhere until he got an invite to shoot via instagram one day, and the rest is history. Since then, it’s untelling the money they have spent on ammo for Walker to continuously come up number 2. Brantin and Walker have recently started a business together selling firearms and suppressors. (Shameless plug text Walker if you’re looking for anything - weddings are expensive) Brantin is a wonderful friend and confidant when you need a listening ear; Jaclyn and Walker are forever blessed to have him and his sweet little family in their lives! Brantin recently just took up skydiving and other crazy adventures- you will want to be sure to get to know him on wedding day!
Landon Smithson

As Walker likes to say, Landon is a fellow “sucker” that has somehow found their way into the Painter house. Landon married the bride’s sister, Elizabeth, in 2023, and blessed her with a wonderful brother. Both Jaclyn and Elizabeth are thankful for the “brotherly love” Landon and Walker share. If we are all together, odds are Landon and Walker are off doing something together (and would be late to their own funerals). Landon is a loyal friend to those he loves and cares about, and Walker has seen this through Landon always being there for him as someone he can count on through their friendship. There’s been more than one modelo shared at the Smithson household between these guys, and lots of late night phone calls about big tires and what guns to buy next. Both Walker and Jaclyn are lucky to have a brother in Landon, as he is such a blessing to them in which they are thankful for! Be sure to get to know Landon on wedding day if you don’t already know him!! Also, Landon is Waylon’s Dad and that makes him kind of a big deal.
Adam Larkey

The bride has known Adam her entire life, as their families are friends (talk about small world.) When Jaclyn was over at Walker’s when they first started dating, she heard a “Jackie?” come from the kitchen to find Adam Larkey standing there. Walker will say he doesn’t specifically remember when him and Adam met, but he is certain it was doing something “nerdy” together. Adam is another one of those guys that has a way of talking Walker into new hobbies or taking that random trip he didn’t plan to, but it always ends up being a blast. Adam and Walker have grown very close since dating Jaclyn and him and his wife, Katie, are two of the best people they are lucky enough to call friends. Adam is one of the truest forms of friends, as you can always be yourself around him, and count on him to be there for support. Advice from the groom: Adam is one of those guys you’re lucky to meet once you’ve already locked down a girl because you know he’ll find a way or get you interested in a hobby that repels females. Walker will often ask him “Adam, I love you, but how did you get Katie?” However, once you see him play a guitar or any instrument for that matter, and it all makes sense. Be sure and catch Adam playing in the wedding during the ceremony- it will be stunning as usual! He is someone you will want to meet, as he is typically the life of the party!!!!
Matthew Bowen

Matt is one of the many friends the groom has been fortunate enough to make since meeting Jac. He is without a doubt the guy Walker would call if he needed help hiding a body at 4am. Being friends with Matt has created connections with other God fearing men and introduced him to a circle of friends that Walker feels truly lucky to be apart of. Regardless of what we’re doing, there’s always fun, mud, and maybe a little bit of moonshine to be had at the Bowen Farm. Matt and Abi are two of the most fantastic people you’ll ever meet and as we have gotten older, we both learned to appreciate that there is no question what you’ll get with either one. Their friendship is something we cherish, and will forever be thankful for as we continue through our lives together! Advice from the groom: Be careful answering his calls though, he’ll probably need help with a project. And please don’t call him little buddy… he’s not a fan. You will know Matt from his long hair, as well as being rowdy on the dance floor. If you do not know Matt, you should!

The bride’s babies, Banks and Opie, are the “Flower Mutts” Yes, it’s extra, yes it’s a pain to bring the dogs to the ceremony, yes they are walking down the isle with flowers. They bring us so much joy and Jaclyn would not have it any other way than to have her babies there with her on her big day. They must be witnesses!!!!!

Luckily for Jaclyn, she has the best support system of girls who love her and support her everyday. These girls have been selected to be her “Something Blue” on the wedding day to fill that traditional symbol of bringing special luck, as they represent this in their friendship. You can spot them in their pretty blue dresses at the wedding!!!!
