FAQs

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

Our dress code is formal. Please come in your best fall formal attire! We ask that men wear a suit, and that women wear a formal tea-length or full-length gown. Fall and beachy colors are encouraged! Please avoid shades of white. Please note, the wedding is on the beach and may get chilly in the evening.

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Our wedding ceremony will start promptly at 4:30pm. We suggest that you arrive 20-30 minutes prior to the ceremony to find a seat.

Question

Are kids invited?

Answer

As much as we love your little ones, children are not invited to the wedding. We hope you can find childcare for the evening and let loose!

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

If you have a plus one, your invite will indicate that! Unfortunately due to size limitations of our venue we cannot offer a plus one to everyone

Question

Where should I stay?

Answer

A block of rooms is reserved at Icona Diamond Beach and Mahalo Diamond Beach (the sister property next door). Please see the travel tab for our hotel block information. In addition, jitneys will be running from Sea Isle City leaving from 79th street at 3:15pm. The jitneys will also be taking the Sea Isle crew back home after the after party at 11:15pm and will be returning to 79th st

Question

Can I take pictures or videos during the ceremony?

Answer

We are having an unplugged ceremony, meaning once the ceremony begins we ask that all cell phones be put away and silenced. We want everyone to be fully present with us and for our photographer to be able to capture the best pictures which we will share with you. Once the ceremony is over feel free to take as many pictures as you'd like!

Question

What do I do if I can't make it?

Answer

You will be dearly missed! If you cannot make our wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP "not attending" so we can plan accordingly.

Question

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! The drinks are on us, the hangover is on you. Cheers!
