How does parking work at the venue?

Answer

***PLEASE READ*** For parking you will turn on to Trigger road off of 150 which is just before the venue. You will then see a sign that says "event parking." Park here and wait for the shuttle/bus to get on which will pull you right up to the venue. The parking lot is only about a minute or so from the venue but it's just long enough that you don't want to walk it. The same shuttle/buses will take you back to the parking lot at the end of the evening.

Can I bring a guest?

If you have a plus one for our wedding, it will be indicated when you go to RSVP. We wanted to make sure all our friends and family were included on our big day, so we appreciate your understanding in having to limit extra guests.

Can I bring my children?

Answer

We ask that only those specifically listed on your invitation when you go to RSVP attend, including any little ones. Our venue has limited space with our guest count so we encourage you to get a babysitter and enjoy a parents night out. If you have a unique circumstance, please reach out to the bride or groom. We really appreciate your understanding. ☺

Are the ceremony and reception at the same place?

Answer

Yes, they are. The entire celebration will just be at Haven on the Farm. The ceremony will be outside on the lane, and the reception will be inside.

Will any part of the celebration be held outside?

Answer

Yes! We are planning for an outdoor ceremony at the venue, weather permitting. Cocktail hour will also be held partially outside. It's so hard to predict Illinois weather in October but please keep in mind it may be cold/chilly. The bulk of the evening (reception) will be inside.

Is there a time gap between ceremony and reception?

Answer

Yes, there will be a small time gap (about an hour). However, this is when cocktail hour will be held at the venue.
