We are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one they will appear under your name when you RSVP online.
Although we love your kids, we have decided to keep our ceremony and reception an adult-only event!
The ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outside. (Weather permitting) The reception will be held in the French Country Hall that is air-conditioned. If inclement weather the ceremony will be held in the historic barn. (no air-conditioning) Then the cocktail hour and reception will move to the French Country Hall.
Semi-Formal: Collared shirts, dress or khaki pants. Cocktail/Summer dresses or dress slack/skirts | Cowboy boots encouraged (The ceremony site is about a 3 min walk on gravel so women should plan their shoes accordingly)
No, we suggest you plan ahead. There will be shuttles to and from the Amerivu Inn and Suites. Uber is also available. No cars can be left overnight at the Venue. Shuttle Times: Hotel to Venue- 2:45PM, 3:15PM, 3:45PM Venue to Hotel- 9:45PM, 10:30PM, 11:15PM, 11:45PM
