Given the DAC's dress code and the formality of the event, we are planning a black-tie event. We kindly ask our guests to dress in formal evening wear. For men, this typically means a tuxedo. For women, a floor-length gown or a sophisticated cocktail dress is appropriate. We can’t wait to celebrate in style with you! The wedding reception will be held outside in the Detroit Athletic Club's covered pavilion, we recommend that you prepare accordingly for any potential weather; hot or cold!
We are so excited to be celebrating with so many of our loved ones near and far. All guests who are invited to the wedding will be listed directly on your wedding invitation or will appear when submitting your RSVP online.
Transportation is being coordinated for the wedding party so all guests will be responsible for their own transportation to and from events; including between the ceremony and reception. We do not recommend utilizing ride share apps to and from the ceremony location. If needed, we recommend that you carpool.
There is ample venue parking available at Grosse Pointe Memorial Church for guests. For guests not staying at the Detroit Athletic Club, valet parking at the will be covered by the couple. Please pull up to the valet and share that you are attending the Sarandrea-Warren wedding. If needed, cars can stay at the DAC overnight.
The ceremony starts promptly at 4:00 PM, and doors will open at 3:30 PM. Please be seated by no later than 3:50 PM.
