We have a block of rooms here- close to the street car, Magazine St and most importantly our venue! Rates: 20% off our Regular, Rack Rate. This means that the rate will fluctuate based upon availability. Deposit: First night's room and tax deposit is due at booking. Cancellation: There will be a 7 day cancellation policy. If the reservation is cancelled within 7 days of arrival, the deposit of first night's room plus tax will be forfeited.
