The Lodge at Whitefish Lake

The Lodge is where we will be having our Wedding Ceremony and Reception. We strongly urge all of our guests to stay at the Lodge, however, if there is no more availability at the time of your booking you can stay at the Firebrand Hotel in Downtown Whitefish. To book, don't forget to use our discount code (Details below). All guests can receive a complimentary glass of sparking wine in the lobby nightly from 5pm-6pm! Shuttle to/from the Kalispell Airport and the Lodge

June 4, 2022 4:00 pm - 10:00 pm

Free shuttle service to and from the airport is available to all guests staying at the Lodge at Whitefish Lake. You must call the Lodge (877-887-4026) to make a reservation for pickup in advance. If you are flying in with a large group (25+) please let Jaclyn and Kieran know and they will assist with notifying the Lodge so that enough shuttles are available for pickup.

The Firebrand Hotel

The Firebrand Hotel is affiliated with the Whitefish Lodge. Should the Lodge be filled up at the time of your booking book you can look to stay here. There is a shuttle that runs between the Whitefish Lodge and the Firebrand Hotel every hour. Once again we urge you to try and stay at the Lodge as a first option!

Best Western Rocky Mountain Lodge

Jaclyn and Kieran stayed here in January while visiting Kalispell & Whitefish and it is a great choice. All stays come with a complimentary breakfast and the hotel has a shuttle to and from the airport upon request. There is no room block discount with this hotel.

Flight

Glacier Park International Airport

Glacier Park International Airport (FCA) is the regional airport closest to Whitefish, Montana. Those of you flying in from the Chicago area should be lucky enough to find direct flights, however, those of you coming in from New York and afar will be lucky enough to make a quick stop near our Midwest friends.

Local Transportation Notes

Cars are available for rent through the Whitefish Lodge. If you are coming just for the Wedding Ceremony and Reception and do not plan on exploring outside of downtown Whitefish, we feel that you will not need to rent a car! A free shuttle to and from the airport is provided by the Lodge and there is also a shuttle that runs to and from the Firebrand Hotel every hour if you are planning to travel into the Downtown area.

Every hour a free shuttle runs to and from the Firebrand Hotel for our guests who will need to get to the Whitefish Lodge. Should you miss a shuttle, there is always the option of a local taxi or Uber/Lyft to get to the Main Lodge, which is located less than 2 miles away from the Firebrand Hotel.
