Guests may book in the room block via BWM's website/booking engine and using the code, emailing sarah@bluewatermanor.com, or by calling 518-644-2535 and mentioning the room block.
No reservations are secured until guests pay a deposit and receive a confirmation email.
Check-in time: 3pm, Check-out time: 11am
For cancellations before your stay: If notification of a cancellation is received more than 14 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, a service charge of $50.00 will be subtracted from your refund. A cancellation received inside the 14 days prior to your arrival date will result in a forfeit of your deposit.
For cancellations during your stay: Refunds are not given for early departure due to inclement weather, family emergencies, or failure of local utility provider's service.
