Timing is everything! Although they went to different high schools, Jaclyn and Justin grew up 15 minutes from each other. They both attended the same university and ran in the same circles but never crossed paths (at least not that they can remember). It's amazing that they didn't meet sooner, but the universe has a funny way of bringing two people together at the right time. It was Thursday, April 1st 2021 when Justin was suiting up for the first game of what seemed like his 100th kickball season. When he got to the fields, he began greeting everyone and noticed there were a couple new faces on the team. Little did he know that one of those new faces would become his teammate in life. Justin was impressed by Jaclyn's beauty and athleticism on the field and found himself forming a crush. Now this next part is up for debate, but Jaclyn swears she asked for his number to hang out outside of kickball, although Justin remembers it the other way around. They began meeting up nearly every day after work to play disc golf and then go to a local bar. After a month or so, their friendship quickly blossomed into a relationship which continues to grow stronger each and every day. They bought a house in August of 2022 and quickly became a family with their 2 pets, Jax and Dash. Jaclyn has taught Justin many new things such as how to cook and put the toilet seat down. In July of 2023, without a doubt in his mind, Justin asked Jaclyn to marry him. Now they're counting down the days until their wedding and so excited for their biggest journey yet.
