It started off as a normal Tuesday. But little did Andrew and Jackie know that their paths would soon cross and their lives would change forever. Jackie was still living at her parents house in Frankfort when she started to smell some smoke from her upstairs bedroom.. She called 911 and grabbed Duke, but it was too late for her to get out and she was trapped. Andrew, who works at Frankfort Fire Department, just got back from his 3rd fire of the day and was getting a work out in when the tones dropped. When the fire department showed up, Jackie’s dad, Jack pointed out that Jackie was stuck in her upstairs bedroom. Andrew, risking his life ran upstairs to Jackie and Duke to save them by bringing them out the window. Once on the ground Jackie had to know the name of the man that saved her and Duke. Andrew told Jackie his name. Jackie told Andrew she will never forget him. 1 week later they matched on Hinge.
