Question
What is the dress code?
Answer
Black-tie optional. We ask men to wear a tuxedo or a dark suit and tie and women to wear an evening gown or a midi- or knee-length cocktail dress.

Will there be transportation from the hotel to the venue and back?
Answer
Yes! We will offer bus shuttles from The Artisan Hotel (back of hotel) & The Holiday Inn (front of hotel) to Birchwood Vineyards at 4:15 and 4:30pm. Bus shuttles will return to each hotel at 10:30pm and 11pm. Parking is available at the venue and you are allowed to leave your car there overnight.

Will there be welcome drinks? Is food provided?
Answer
Yes! Please join us for welcome drinks on the roof deck of The Artisan Hotel from 9-11pm. Please note, food will not be provided, but there are tons of great restaurants in the area to grab a bite before the event.

Can I take pictures of the wedding and post them on social media?
Answer
We invite you to participate in an unplugged, phone free ceremony. We hired a professional photographer who promised to take amazing photos of our nuptials. We greatly appreciate your cooperation in turning your phones off and keeping them put away during the ceremony to fully enjoy the moment with us.
