What is the dress code?

Answer

Black-tie optional. We ask men to wear a tuxedo or a dark suit and tie and women to wear an evening gown or a midi- or knee-length cocktail dress.

Will there be transportation from the hotel to the venue and back?

Answer

Yes! We will offer bus shuttles from The Artisan Hotel (pickup 4:08pm back of hotel) & The Holiday Inn (pickup 4:00pm in front of hotel) to Birchwood Vineyards. Bus shuttles will return to each hotel.

Will there be a get together the night before?

Answer

Yes! Please meet us at the bar on the roof deck of The Artisan Hotel from 9-11pm.

Are children allowed?

Answer

As much as we love your kids, this will be an adults-only celebration. We hope this will allow you a much-deserved night off to celebrate with us!

Can I take pictures of the wedding and post them on social media?

Answer

We invite you to participate in an unplugged, phone free ceremony. We hired a professional photographer who promised to take amazing photos of our nuptials. We greatly appreciate your cooperation in turning your phones off and keeping them put away during the ceremony to fully enjoy the moment with us.
