Our journey began long before we realized it. In elementary school we rode the same bus unaware that our paths would cross again. In middle school we both joined drama club and spent a few weeks sitting beside each other, though our connection was still just beginning. In high school our paths crossed again in art class, and we’d often see each other around Scituate, small reminders of shared moments we didn’t fully recognize at the time. When we both started working at Dave’s, we were coworkers first and friends soon after. As we talked more and pieced together memories from our past, our friendship naturally grew stronger. Five months later we had our first date. In January 2019 we officially became boyfriend and girlfriend, and after six and a half years of dating, we got engaged. Looking back, we had crossed paths so many times before we truly connected. When the timing was right, our friendship deepened and eventually grew into something lasting. From friends to partners, and very soon husband and wife, we’re excited for what the future holds.
