This website allows us to track your RSVPs with the touch of a button and avoids having to deal with lost mail and those who may forget to mail it in by the requested date! Technology is great, right? With that being said, please make sure to enter your name exactly how it is written on your invitation - this will ensure that the system will pick up your name. We have already pre-set the amount of guests we are prepared to accommodate for your particular party. If a plus one has been allotted to you, you will be able to see that via your RSVP on our website. Please make sure to enter their name as they would like it to appear on the seating chart. Please do not ask us if there is an extra seat available - we have specifically calculated the guest list. With that being said, if you believe a mistake has been made, please do not hesitate to reach out to us and we will gladly adjust your count from our end.
If your RSVP does not include accommodations for your small children, please understand that we have had to narrow down our guest list and it may not include your little ones. It is nothing personal, but take it as a night away from the kids and let loose!
Parking for guests is available directly at the venue! There will be parking attendants directing guests. All vehicles must be off of the property by the end of the night, so please plan (and party!) accordingly.
Attire for the celebration will be formal. Full-length dresses and full suits are not necessary, but welcomed. Neutral colors, including black, and pastels are encouraged but not required - no white, at all, please. We know it will be late May and likely to be fairly warm in the day, but it will probably cool down after sunset. The most important reminder is to be comfortable, we want you to have fun!
We have hired an amazing photographer and videographer to capture the picture perfect moments of the day - so you don't have to! Please refrain from using your cell phones to capture our sweet moments - we promise we will share them all! Our officiant will be holding a "Send a Selfie" minute - 60 seconds to take a quick selfie of you (or you and your party - the more the merrier!) and send it to the bride and groom with a sweet message. After that, though, please place your phones on silent and away during the ceremony. Don't worry - come party time, take all of the photos you want - and send them to us!
