As a part of our program, we will include the money dance. The Filipino money dance (sayaw ng pera or gala-gala) is a wedding reception tradition where guests pin cash onto the bride and groom’s clothing while dancing with them to wish the couple prosperity. It symbolizes financial support for the newlyweds' new life, often resulting in the couple being covered in money, garlands, or veils of cash. If you would like to participate, please bring dollar bills with you to the event.
We respectfully request no children at the reception (aside from immediate family) allowing all of our guests to enjoy a mostly adults-only evening.
