We’ll be spending most of the weekend here (except for the wedding day itself), and we’d love for you to join us! Stay for a night or make it a full weekend getaway. We’ve reserved a block of rooms, and shuttles will be running to and from the wedding venue on Friday. To book at our discounted rate, please call 1-800-625-4111 (9am–5pm EST) and reference “Richard & Hannah’s Wedding Welcome.” Rates start at $220/night. A one-night deposit is required at the time of booking.

This is the closest airport to the wedding venue and the resort where we’ve reserved blocked rooms for our guests.

Punta Gorda is a small airport about 30 minutes north of the venue, with Allegiant flights available.

Although Sarasota is just over an hour north of the venue, it’s a convenient option with frequent nonstop flights from the Washington, DC area.
