FAQs

If anything comes up or you have questions along the way, please reach out to the bride or groom. We’re always happy to help and can’t wait to celebrate with you!
Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by September 1st, 2026 using the QR code on your invitation or by clicking the RSVP tab in the menu above. We can’t wait to celebrate with everyone — if we don’t hear from you by then, we’ll assume you’re unable to make it.

Question

How do I RSVP?

Answer

There are 2 options: -You can click the RSVP tab above and RSVP anytime up until September 3rd, 2026. -We also included a paper RSVP with the invite if you prefer to mail your RSVP back to us.

Question

What do I do if I can't make it?

Answer

You will be dearly missed! If you cannot make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP "Will Not Attend" so we can plan accordingly. Thank you!

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please join us at the Dogwood Room Pavilion for our ceremony beginning at 4:30 PM. We kindly ask that you arrive no later 4:00 PM to park, find your seat, and get settled—we wouldn’t want you to miss a moment!

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We would love to get dressed up with you and encourage semi-formal attire. For gentlemen, suits, dress trousers with a button-down, or a blazer are perfect, and for ladies, cocktail dresses, jumpsuits, or other elevated, elegant looks work beautifully. Cowboy hats are welcome, and if you’d like to complement our colors or the vibe of the day, dark shades are a lovely choice. Please keep in mind there will be both indoor and outdoor events, so dress comfortably.

Question

Can I bring a guest/date?

Answer

Due to limited space, we’re only able to accommodate those guests formally listed on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, their name will appear under yours when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding, and please feel free to reach out if you have any questions!

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Absolutely! Little ones are welcome to join the fun — we just ask that parents keep an eye on them during the celebration. Or, feel free to treat this as a night out!

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Free onsite parking is available for both the ceremony and the reception. Please note that parking at the ceremony pavilion is limited, so shuttle service will be available for guests who prefer not to walk. Shuttles will run before and after the ceremony to ensure everyone can easily get to the cocktail hour and reception.

Question

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

Absolutely! Feel free to snap a few photos during the ceremony — just please keep your devices on silent so everyone can enjoy the moment. We’ll also have a professional photographer capturing all the special memories, so you can relax and be fully present.

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Definitely! Please feel free to reach out to the bride or groom with any allergy-related concerns or requests — we’ll be happy to accommodate and help however we can.

Question

Will there be a bar?

Answer

Yes! We’ll have an open bar — drinks are on us! Get ready to celebrate and enjoy the evening to the fullest.
