Matron of Honor
Katie and Becca first met in their spring semester at Ohio Northern University. After Katie bullied Becca into becoming best friends (she hadn't realized that was Becca's love language), the two quickly became inseparable. From Sunday library sessions, 5 o'clock dinners, and late night McFlurry runs, to flying across the country to run half marathons for the vibes, and now living 1,000 miles away from each other, Katie and Becca have confirmed distance does indeed make the heart grow fonder.
Maid of Honor
As the younger sister, Rachel was perhaps taken advantage of by her middle child sister (always the Spyro, never the Cynder iykyk) although Becca looks at it more as "building character". Nowadays, these two have a plethora of inside jokes and warm fuzzy memories of being chased with sharp objects and/or rocks.
Bridesmaid
The eldest of the Jackson sisters who always has the answers (whether Becca or Rachel wanted them or not), Kate met Becca when they were 3 and 0, respectively (Becca doesn't remember but she thinks it went well). Kate does usually have some good advice (and rocks in her pockets - no really, you should ask her if she has some at the wedding). Jokes aside, Kate has been a great role model and Becca is happy to have her stand at her side for this day.
Bridesmaid
Sarah and Becca met at Walsh University during PT school. They became roommates after their first year, and quickly became inseparable. The two bonded over Starbucks dates (followed by Handel's next door), were study buddies, and spent their free time collecting cats and making Sarah's now-husband, Michael, feel like a third wheel.
Bridesmaid
Madison and Becca met at ONU when they became sisters in Kappa Alpha Theta. Their personalities meshed so well that they questioned whether or not they were the same person (still in question to this day). Concert dates together have now turned into puppy play dates, boat days, and brunch, and they even work for the same company. Madison has a heart of gold and someone Becca appreciates having in her corner.
Best Man
The youngest of the Banyasz Boys and John's built in best friend. Their relationship did not start smoothly when John constantly pinched Jay the entire way home from the hospital. Since then the relationship has smoothed over. John and Jay were actually roommates when John moved back from Nashville. Jay is currently single (good luck ladies) and nobody is sure if he is ready to mingle.
Groomsman
The second oldest brother in the Banyasz family. David and John lived harmoniously since their parents favorite moment (John's birth). Can't say the same for Jay and David. David was always someone John looked up to athletically and now into fatherhood that hasn't changed. David would also like it to be known that his max bench was somewhere in the 300s (unsubstantiated) and that his youth travel baseball team "Dinner Bell Meats" won a state championship. Congrats David!
Groomsman
The oldest of 4 in the Banyasz House and basically a third parent for the others growing up. Mike was definitely the most mature of the bunch (emphasis on was). One of the most fond memories between Mike and John was witnessing the Cleveland Cavaliers overcome a 3-1 deificit in the 2016 NBA Finals and embracing with a hug and a few tears. Mike's home in Lakewood, and now Columbia, is a place John goes to for food, beer and advice. Mike is a guiding light for John through college and into adulthood.
Groomsman
Scotty and John have been best friends since Elementary school. As kids, having sleep overs, spending countless hours mastering Splinter Cell and playing on rival baseball teams, then eventually a combined baseball team was only the start of the friendship. Throughtout school years they maintained that friendship and even through Scott serving in the Navy. Now with Scott living in D.C. they spend most of their time sending each other Instagram reels (like old people) and Snapchatting pointless things.
Groomsman
Zack and John became friends in their mutual bond to turn the peewee low-lifes Renegades into Super Bowl contenders, to which they succeeded. Their friendship grew in High School, when once John got his license, would pick up Zack for Taco Bell and Sheetz runs. To note, in High School, Zack once did punch John in the middle of a football game for suggesting that Zack shouldn't be tired in his first game back from injury. Zack and John now spend their time playing Xbox, golfing and hanging out watching sports together.
