Both of these room blocks are active until August 6. After that time the discounts will expire. We also set them up to have no 2 night minimum so you can stay for just one night if you need to.
IMPORTANT:
If you do not need accommodations but you do need transportation to the venue we will have buses departing from both of these hotels. You can plan to meet them there and take them to and from the venue. PLEASE just make sure you indicate that you will need this transportation on your RSVP card.
