If you do not need accommodations but you do need transportation to the venue we will have buses departing from both of these hotels. You can plan to meet them there and take them to and from the venue.
The first shuttle will pick up at 3:45pm at the Homewood Suites Middletown and pickup at 4:00 pm at Royal Sonesta Middletown
The second shuttle will pickup at the Hilton Garden in Providence at 4:00pm.
