A shuttle will be taking guests from the Hilton Garden Inn Airport Hotel to the wedding venue. We recommend getting on a shuttle at 4:55pm to arrive in time for a glass of champagne and to explore the grounds.

Two buses will be arriving outside of the Hilton Downtown Richmond at 4:30pm and will be leaving for the wedding promptly at 4:45pm. The buses will return at the conclusion of the wedding for pickup at 11:00pm. At the end of the night, they will make their first stop at the Hilton Downtown hotel and a final stop at the Tobacco Company Club (see Schedule page).
