We have hotel rooms blocked at The Fairmont in Downtown Austin, as well as at the Courtyard & Residence Inn : Convention Center Location. We recommend staying in downtown Austin. There are plenty of great hotels with various rates. Check the travel page for some of our recommendations.
The dress code for our wedding is black tie optional. While a tux is not required, we encourage everyone to dress to impress. Midi/long dresses preferred for ladies.
We are offering transportation to & from the Fairmont downtown (even if you aren't staying at the Fairmont)! Buses will be availble at 2:45pm & departure is promptly at 3:00pm! Ubers are readily available to and from downtown Austin. For those driving a small parking lot is available onsite. There is also parking available on the steet & in several garages off of main street just 1-2 blocks from the mansion.
Friday night is a come & go event starting at 8pm. Please join us as able, but feel free to take in Austin on your own time as well! Saturday please plan to arrive 30 minutes before the ceremony start time. Those using the transportation provided will arrive on schedule.

To allow all wedding guests, including parents a night of relaxation and uninterrupted fun we respectfully ask that no children attend our celebrations. This does not apply for any children specified on invites.
