Jackson and I have decided to have a very close, intimate wedding which in turn means it will mostly be a Family event. BUT! We would like all our friends to stay updated on our special day! Hopefully this website will help to keep everyone in the "know". We are so grateful for the support and love of all our friends and are excited to start this new adventure!

" I first heard of Jackson Stubbs from my friend Sarah, one of his co-workers at Fear Factory. She thought that we would be cute together solely because we both have an obsession with Brendan Urie from Panic! At the Disco. I kinda shrugged the idea off because in all honesty I was not fond of the idea of dating someone that worked in a haunted house. Anyone of you that truly know me and how scared I can get would understand why. Time passed by and Sarah asked me to work a black out night at fear. Hesitantly I agreed because, lets be honest, I had nothing better to do that night. Little did I know she arranged for me to be in his zone, because of course, he was the Zone Leader. I started the process of getting ready for the night by getting my makeup done next to the costume room which my friend Sarah was managing. I heard my name off in the distance and turned to see Sarah trying to help someone find me. I called out to her and lo and behold I saw the love of my life. Did I think that at the time? No. What was I thinking at the time? "Here is my new manager walking up to me in a leather jacket, slicked back braid , vans, and smile that KILLED me. Crap. This is going to cause trouble." Why was I thinking that? HELLO! Bad boy look but a smile that secretly was screaming "GENTLEMEN. SWEETHEART. LOVE OF YOUR LIFE" okay... maybe not the last one but something close. However, this fine, young, bad boy gentlemen was my new manager so I put my acting skills to the test and kept it cool. He finally walked over to me and seemed kinda flustered when introducing himself. I figured he just had a lot to get done with the night so his brain was kinda all over the place. He helped me to get ready, find a costume and introduced me to the rest of the group. The night goes by and I couldn't stop thinking about him. And I knew I fell hard. That was the start of our forever."

Same stuff, different day. Or at least, that's what I was expecting. I was working at Fear Factory and we were having a Halfway to Halloween special weekend. Being one of the leaders of the Haunt, I was a little stressed and had to get everything in order super fast. Needing actors, a fellow worker said that she had brought a friend who could act in my zone. I was a little indifferent to the thought, because new actors have always been notorious for being either lazy, or non-existent. I go upstairs to check on costumes and turn in my paperwork so that everything I needed to get done was done. Sarah was in charge of the costume closet, so I was speaking with her about cloaks, costumes, masks, etc. and finally I realized that I had yet to meet the friend she said was coming. I asked her simply and quickly "So where is this actor you've brought for me tonight?" and she quickly replied. "Her name is Keara Schur and she should be in line for makeup right now." We started to walk out of the costume closet and, having heard her own name my newest actress shouted out. "I'm right here!" as I turned the corner and was absolutely awestruck at the sight of her. Even covered in fake blood, bruises, scars and other not-so-pretty things, I could barely breathe. Her eyes were wide and bright. Her smile struck me like lightning. Her hair could have strangled my soul. I couldn't speak, but I tried. "Hi! I am..." Oh my lord. I forgot my own name. I kept trying, "I am, the.. Zone Leader of the zone that you will be performing in tonight. Yep. I am your boss for tonight-" Jackson! My name is Jackson! "Jackson. Hi, I am Jackson! Pleasure to meet you!" and off we went. Two nights of acting together, me BEGGING her to return so that I could see her again. Not even related to her phenomenal acting skills. I just wanted to look at her. She is so beautiful, and every single day since she has only become even more so. Finally we met again, and haven't left each other since.
