Is there a dress code?

Answer

Formal! No jeans and polos. Tuxes are not required, but please dress nicely. We ask that no guests wear black or burgundy dresses and that all colors stay darker. If you are looking at a dark purple dress, we ask that you text one of us and ask first to make sure you won't match our wedding party! We want them to be able to stand out.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

No kids allowed. The only children attending will be the children in the wedding party. We encourage you to use this as a night out for yourself!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to limited space, we can only accommodate guests formally invited on the invitation. No plus ones unless your invitation specifically states. We have invited everyone by name, so if you have a plus one, your invitation will specifically list their name.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

The latest we need RSVPs is September 1st, 2025. We need to have a finalized head count for food more than a month in advance! If you do not RSVP in time, we will assume that you are not able to attend.

What should I do if we cannot make it?

Answer

You will be dearly missed! If you can not make it, please RSVP as not attending so we can plan accordingly.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

If you have a food allergy, please let us know as soon as possible while we are making arrangements for our menu.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 5 pm. Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the ceremony to allow time for parking and finding your seat.

Where do I park?

Answer

Our venue does not have its own parking lot, however, street parking is free for the weekend. If you are not comfortable parking on the street, feel free to park in the Adam Ramp located two buildings down from the hotel. It is 2 dollars an hour.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We are having an unplugged ceremony, meaning that once the ceremony starts, we ask that all phones be put away and silenced. We want everyone to be present with us and give our photographer the best chance to capture the amazing pictures that we can share with everyone. Once the ceremony is over feel free to take as many pictures as you like, as long as you share them with us. All we ask is that you do not post pictures of the wedding before we get the chance to!

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! The drinks are on us and the hangover is on you - get ready to party with us! We encourage anyone drinking to use Uber/Lyft, or share a car! Please make sure you have a way to get home safely.

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be outside on a terrace, and the reception and cocktail hour will be indoors. No smoking on the terrace, but you are more than welcome to go back and forth throughout the night for some fresh air. If you need a smoke break, please go back the way you came outside of the hotel, and join us again when you are finished!
