Travel Note
For your convenience, transportation will be provided to and from all wedding weekend events. Shuttles will be running for the following events: Rehearsal Dinner - 5:30 PM at The Lodge & Club Welcome Party - 7:30 PM at The Lodge & Club Wedding Ceremony & Reception - 5:30 PM at TPC Sawgrass. Pick up location for the Marriott - Outside the Conference Center. Pick up location for the Hilton Garden - Outside the main lobby. Pick up location for the Lodge - Outside the main lobby. Friday April 17th pick up at the Marriott for guests coming to the Rehearsal Dinner will start at 4:15. Friday April 17th pick up at the Marriott for guests coming to the Welcome Party will start at 7:00pm Friday April 17th pick up at the Hilton Garden for guests coming to the Welcome party will start at 7:30. The bus will start departing after the Welcome party back to the hotels around 9:30. Saturday April 18th the bus will pick up guests at the Marriott at 4:30. Saturday April 18th the bus will pick up guests at the Hilton Gardens at 5. Saturday April 18th the bus will pick up guests at the Lodge at 4:45. The bus will begin dropping guest off at the hotels after the ceremony at 11pm. We strongly encourage guests to take advantage of the provided transportation and leave the driving to us.

Please note that Jacksonville International Airport is 45 minutes from Ponte Vedra Beach, the location of our wedding weekend events. We recommend keeping this in mind when arranging your travel.
Travel Note
When you arrive at Jacksonville International Airport, Z Cars are available right outside baggage claim and provide taxi-style service to the beach. Uber and Lyft are also readily available. If you prefer more flexibility during your stay, renting a car is another great option.
