What is the dress code?

Answer

Black Tie Optional- men can wear a dark suit and tie or tuxedo, women can wear a dressy cocktail dress or a floor length dress

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We have a room block at Hotel Kansas City as this is where the wedding and reception will be held. The block is good until May 10, 2027. We have also provided hotel links which are in close proximity of Hotel Kansas City on the TRAVEL tab.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

If you are an out-of-town guest making the trip to Kansas City to celebrate with us, we would like to invite you to The Welcome Party Friday night. You are able to see the details when you RSVP on our website.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Hotel Kansas City has valet parking. There are also many parking lots and garages located in the blocks surrounding Hotel Kansas City.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive no later than 5:45 pm as the wedding will begin promptly at 6:00 pm. The wedding will be held in the Tudor Ballroom on the 4th Floor.

What are my options for dinner at the reception?

Answer

Every guest will either have a duo of beef and seafood or a vegetarian option. We will do our best to accommodate food allergies or sensitivities.
