A spectacular 50-mile paved highway that bisects the park east and west, crossing the Continental Divide at Logan Pass and offering breathtaking alpine vistas. The drive takes roughly 3 hours and 15 minutes if you take US Highway 2 East through Montana.
The park is home to some of the world's most famous waters, including Lake Louise and Moraine Lake, known for their brilliant, unnatural-looking blue color caused by light reflecting off glacial rock flour. The drive takes about 5 hours, depending on border crossing times at the Eastport/Kingsgate port of entry just north of you.
