Shuttle to the Farm
2:30 pm - 3:15 pm
Shuttles will pick up from the Lake House and Holiday Inn Express. FIRST SHUTTLE 2:30PM. SECOND SHUTTLE 3:15PM. We have two shuttles, so each hotel will have the same departure times. Note, the shuttle will drop off at the farm in a different place than the pick up heading back to the hotels later in the evening. We will direct you where to go. Request early check-in to jump on the first shuttle and fully enjoy our pre-ceremony festivities. If you're late, or staying in another hotel, Uber and Lyft service the area.
Pre-Ceremony Merriment
3:00 pm - 4:00 pm
Don't wait for the last shuttle - a cold beer, fun music and lawn games await. Get the party started before the ceremony begins.
Ceremony

Cocktail Hour
5:00 pm
Open bar and charcuterie. Tunes by the Canal Street String Band.
Dinner
6:30 pm
No frills barbecue. Roll up your sleeves and enjoy. Please note any dietary restrictions you’d like us to know about on your invitation response card.
Dancing!
7:30 pm - 10:00 pm
As a couple, some of our best memories are on the dance floor at the weddings of our family and friends. We hope to see you out there shamelessly grooving and moving with us!
Shuttle Back to Hotels
8:00 pm - 10:30 pm
One shuttle will depart to both hotels at 8pm. Shuttles will then run on a loop back to the Holiday Inn Express and The Lake House starting at 9pm. The last shuttle leaves at 10:30pm. Note, shuttle pick up back to the hotels will be in a different place than the drop off. We will direct you where to go.
