We’ve reserved a block of rooms for our guests at The Union Bluff Hotel in York, Maine. We hope this makes your stay comfortable and convenient during our wedding weekend! How to Book Please reference the Prescott / Brannen Room Block when booking to receive the group rate. Option 1: Book by Phone (Recommended) Call the Union Bluff Front Desk directly: 207-363-1333 (ext. 4) Group rates cannot be booked through the hotel website or third-party sites unless following the steps below. Option 2: Book Online Using Our Group Code Guests may book within the room block online by following these steps: Go to UnionBluff.com and click BOOK NOW (top right). Accept cookie preferences at the bottom. Click Special Code → Group Attendee Code. Enter our group code: 09192026 and click Add. Verify the room block details shown. Select your stay dates (note: minimum-night stays may apply). Choose from the available rooms in our block and proceed to checkout. A one-night deposit is required at booking; an email confirmation will follow. For longer stays or Meeting House rooms, please call the hotel directly. Room Block Details We have 12 rooms held in our block until 3 months prior to our wedding date. After that, any unreserved rooms will be released to the public. Group rates are only guaranteed when booking directly through the hotel or by using the online group code above. Hotel Rules & Policies Deposit: One-night stay deposit required at booking Parking: One parking permit per room; additional parking passes are $30 each Standard Rooms $329–$369 per night (Friday & Saturday)
