Jackson and Annie’s love story started when he slid into her DMs, complimenting a photo of her in Thailand. A few weeks later, they met in Boulder, Colorado, where Jackson broke the ice with a dad joke that had Annie laughing harder than she expected - and just like that, they clicked! They officially started dating on August 31st, 2019, and since then, life has been a nonstop adventure. From their first trip to Santa Fe, Dead & Co and Paul McCartney concerts, to mountain weekends, exploring South America and Europe, and epic Rummikub sessions - they’ve loved making memories together. Whether it’s camping in the Rockies, hanging out with their cat Lupe, or just throwing on a record and cooking in the crockpot, Jackson and Annie make every moment count. They got engaged at Jackson’s cabin in Allenspark, Colorado, right after one of their said epic Rummikub sessions (Annie won), as the sun set over the mountains and Russell County Line played in the background. Rocking Birkenstocks, overalls, and Jackson’s favorite t-shirt, it was perfectly them: laid-back, happy, and exactly how they want the rest of their lives together to feel. In true Jackson-and-Annie fashion, they wanted to celebrate by bringing everyone together in a city that’s special to them - maybe a new place for some guests, but a city they fell in love with - so everyone could share in the adventure together. If the rest of their lives is anything like the days they’ve shared so far - full of laughter, fulfillment, and little everyday joys - Jackson and Annie can’t wait to see where life takes them next.
