For those who have never visited Beavers Bend State Park, you are in for a treat! It's a peaceful little spot full of hidden gems and postcard-worthy scenery all around. It is the most southeastern part of Oklahoma, and the beginning of the Ouachita National Forest.
Broken Bow, OK is technically the home of Beavers Bend State Park, but in recent years, the community called "Hochatown" has become the common name of the area surrounding the state park along with the cabins, restaurants and activities located just north of downtown Broken Bow.
