What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

If you are not traveling by shuttle from the Desmond (pickup times TBD), please plan to arrive 15-20 minutes prior to the start of the ceremony.

Is there a dress code?

Please visit Pinterest for inspiration --> https://pin.it/6YlefqCiP Ladies, please be mindful when choosing footwear that the majority of our ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors and on grass in November (weather pending). We are crossing our fingers for warm weather (it's been up to 80 degrees on this day in recent years!), but please plan for it to be chilly at night. We will have heaters and a fire pit.

As much as we would love to say yes, we are only able to accommodate those listed on your formal invitation. Thank you for understanding!

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

We will have shuttle service to and from the Desmond hotel in Malvern, PA. If you choose to stay at another nearby hotel, please secure transportation on your own. Uber and Lyft are readily available.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is on site parking! Space is limited and not guaranteed. Please arrive early if you intend to park on site.
