In 2020, the Jackman family made the decision to start a new chapter of their lives and move to South Carolina. Little did they know that this would become the turning page of a new story in Sarah’s life. In the midst of the move, Sarah had been messaging with friends that she had in the area, and one of them introduced her to Charles. They began talking and it wasn’t long before they were the best of friends. Still, they had no idea that that friendship would potentially go on to last them a lifetime. That being said, the interests that they share play a huge part in what created their connection. Both Charles and Sarah share the love of photography and exploring abandoned places. This is what brought them to their first adventure together. After weeks of planning to meet, they finally got together and went to explore the Newry Mill in Newry, SC. This was the first adventure of many, and it will always hold a special place in their hearts.
