Welcome Party

6:30 pm - 9:30 pm

Garden Party Attire

There will be food in addition to cocktails! Can't wait to kick off the wedding weekend with you! The event will be on grass so ladies avoid a pointed heel! Note on Parking: Parking at the Ojai Rancho Inn is reserved for registered hotel guests only. There is offsite parking available next door at Liv Sotheby's as well as at the parking lot of St. Andrew's Church. Ubers are scarce in Ojai but we recommend SkyLine Taxi Service (805-500-3066) which it's suggested to reserve ahead of time.

Wedding

3:45 pm - 11:00 pm

Formal attire. The grass is soft so ladies avoid stilettos and go for wedges, block heels, or even flats as this venue also requires lots of walking!

No cars or Ubers are allowed to enter the venue. Shuttles will begin first round of pick up from Casa Ojai Inn starting at 2:30pm, Ojai Rancho Inn starting at 3pm, and Montessori School (806 Baldwin Rd.) at 3pm (cars can stay parked here until Sunday afternoon). Shuttles will drop off at these locations after the wedding, beginning at 9pm. Bagels and Coffee

9:30 am - 11:00 am

Come by anytime in this time frame for poolside, morning after recovery time with bagels and coffee to close out the weekend and give goodbye hugs !
