Arrival and Seating
3:30 pm - 4:00 pm

The ceremony will take place behind the recreational center building in front of the gorgeous mountain view. We will be outdoors with no covering for the ceremony portion of the wedding, so it may be warm. Ladies may prefer to wear flats or a wedge heel, as we will be on grass.

If you can't make it in person, we would still love for you to attend virtually!
Cocktails and Hors D'oeuvres
4:30 pm - 5:15 pm
There will be a few light bites and cocktails for your enjoyment while the bridal party is striking some poses. Mingle with other guests to your heart's content, and be sure not to spoil your dinner! These will be available on the porch right outside of the recreation center.
Reception
5:00 pm - 8:45 pm
Semi Formal or Dressy Casual
The reception will take place inside the recreational building. Once the chairs are moved inside, the rec center will be open to our guests for seating. The bridal party will make their entrance at 5:15 pm, and the newlyweds will share their first dance. Dinner will commence at 5:30 pm, and then we will shake some booties!!!
Send Off and Departure
8:45 pm - 9:00 pm
At 8:45 pm, we will be sending off the newlyweds to embark on the next journey in their wonderful adventure. This will conclude the festivities. As all good things must come to an end, we are told that we must be completely cleaned up and out of the building no later than 10:00 pm, so any guests still partying after 9:00 will be lovingly considered a volunteer for cleanup assistance.
