Where is the ceremony located?
Answer

Is there a Registry?
Answer
Sort of! As we have been together and shared a home for nearly 9 years by the time of the wedding, there isn't anything we NEED as newlyweds. Instead, we've opted for two donation funds, should anyone wish to participate. These funds are for either our future Honeymoon (still TBD) or for updates to our home and items. We don't want anyone to feel as though they are required to participate to these funds, they are just options should anyone wish to contribute!

What is the Dress Code?
Answer
Cozy Autumn Dinner Party! Whatever that means to you! Our intent is to host dinner outside as the sun sets, but it will be October and the weather will be unpredictable up until the very end. We plan on renting tents and outdoor heaters to assist with any possible chill that might occur. We want everyone to show up in their Autumn best, while remaining as comfortable as possible.

What is the Theme of the Reception?

Cozy Autumn Dinner Party and Game Night! We're focusing on amazing seasonal food prepared by our amazing caterer, Cleveland Field Kitchen. Woman owned, with a focus on seasonal Farm to Table menus, we are so so SO excited to be working with them. We've planned a Family Style Dinner with a cocktail hour, appetizers, 3 entree options, and multiple desserts - each with a Vegan + Gluten free option. Will there be dancing?
Answer
There will not be a dedicated dance floor. We don't particularly enjoy dancing or being in the spotlight (so the ceremony is about all we can handle lol). We will have a playlist going in the background, and people are welcome to dance to their hearts desire! We just likely won't be joining in.

So what will there be to do if no dancing?
Answer
Board Games! Lawn Games! Bingo? S'mores Bar? (maybe on the Bingo and S'mores, still TBD) One of our favorite things to do together and with friends and family is to play board games! We often spend hours or whole weekends playing them, and that is how we would love to spend our reception with all of our loved ones. There will be a collection of board games to choose from, as well as some lawn games. People can also just spend time with each other and enjoy the lovely atmosphere after enjoying a fantastic dinner.

Will there be alcohol?
Answer
Yes, but limited. We will have 2 drinks available for the cocktail hour before the ceremony - one cocktail and one mocktail. Then for dinner there will be a limited selection of Wine, Beer, and soft drinks to choose from. We're not looking for a rager, but a cozy time with some good vibes. Also since the venue is an hour outside of Cleveland, we don't want to tempt our driving guests with too much alcohol before their drive home.

I'm flying in for the wedding, how will I get to the venue?
Answer
A Shuttle Bus has been scheduled to provide transport to the venue for our hotel guests. Pick up will be at 3pm at the Fidelity Hotel main entrance. It will leave the venue to return to the hotel at 9pm. Please be ready to go as the shuttle is only intended to run once to both locations. Unfortunately, this shuttle is for our hotel guests only.

Can I make a speech at your wedding?
Answer
We are requesting No Speeches at our wedding. We understand the event might overwhelm with emotions, but please if you have something you would like to share, please share it with us directly. We will also have options available to hand write anything you would like to share. Thank you!
